Job description
Infosys is seeking a Unified Communications Lead. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of implementation, migration and administration of Microsoft Teams with Voice and Teams Room devices. You will play an important role in validating high-level and low-level design artifacts and managing internal and external stakeholder interactions. You will also deliver operational support activities for Microsoft Teams. or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require 20% travel in the US.Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.4 years

domain and at least 3- 4years of experience in Microsoft Teams environment.Preferred Qualifications :
Extensive knowledge and experience on design and deployment of Microsoft TeamsExperience of working on MS-Teams implementation, migration, deployment & supportMinimum of 3-4 years of experience with SBC, Teams Direct routing, Dial Plan, Normalization rulesExtensive knowledge of installation and troubleshooting of MS Teams certified phones like Poly, Audio Codes, Yealink, Crestron.Should be able to create scripts for bulk user configuration, assign policies, collect information from Teams admin center using Power Shell. Configure and Manage Emergency Routing policy.Should be able to coordinate and work with telecom service providers to enable Voice and Video services and resolve issues independently.Should have worked on the Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) and Teams Rooms PRO.Expertise in troubleshooting end-to-end business critical issues related to network services and components, integrated (with other solutions) video and audio conferences etc.Ability to work in team in diverse / multiple stakeholder environment.Excellent Analytical & Business Communication skillsThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
