Job DescriptionInfosys Consulting (IC) is currently seeking a Partner in North America with deep experience in large-scale ERP transformations within the Utilities sector of the Services, Utilities, Resources, and Energy (SURE) industry. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPractice DevelopmentWork with other ERP leaders to drive growth for the Utilities sector in alignment with the broader Services, Utilities, Resources, and Energy (SURE) practice objectivesCreate innovative ERP consulting solutions tailored to the Utilities sector, focusing on grid modernization, renewable energy integration, and digital transformationProvide thought leadership on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies, positioning the practice as a leader in Utilities consultingEstablish and nurture strategic partnerships with technology providers, regulatory bodies, and industry organizations to enhance solution offeringsSalesLead the acquisition and development of a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent revenue growth and profitability. Lead $10-15M in sales / pipeline and manage $8-10M in revenue.Meet operational requirements for pipeline and sales tracking and reportingBuild and sustain C-suite relationships to position the practice as a trusted advisor to major Utilities organizationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies and integrated solutions that address client needsDelivery Oversee the delivery of large-scale transformation projects for Utilities clients, ensuring exceptional quality and measurable outcomesServe as the executive sponsor on critical engagements, managing key stakeholder relationships and addressing strategic challengesAddress complex client needs in areas such as energy transition, customer experience transformation, and regulatory complianceEnsure all engagements adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goalsPeople LeadershipContribute to resource management through headcount planning, skill need identification and sourcing strategy designActively recruit to develop the team, influencing a favorable perception of Infosys as an employerProvide coaching and guidance to your people treeBuild high morale and a highly effective team to position programs for successQUALIFICATIONSBasic Qualifications18 years of leadership experience, with strong consulting sales / relationship management / account management experience and deep experience working with Utilities clientsBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalentAbility to travel up to 4 days a week to multiple local, state and national client locationsShould have extensive experience working in major ERP packages like SAP / Oracle in Utilities industry covering both ERP and CIS functionalitiesShould have deep background in at least one of the process areas like Finance, Asset management, Customer experienceThe role will be based in one of our US hub offices (Atlanta, Dallas, Los Angeles, New Jersey, New York, Seattle, South Florida)Preferred Qualifications10 years of end-to-end ERP implementation experience with Utilities companiesM.B.A or equivalent advanced degreeBig 4 or equivalent firm experience in a Partner CapacityGlobal Delivery Model experienceDeep knowledge of the Utilities sector, including grid modernization, energy transition, and regulatory landscapes.Experience with leading client solutions focused on digital transformation, renewable energy integration, and operational efficiency initiativesExperience managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams desirableCandidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
