GenAI Model Risk Management Specialist

Infosys is seeking an AI/GenAI Model Risk Management Specialist with strong background in designing and deploying Machine Learning models using Python. Ideal candidate will work with clients to understand the issues they face, diagnose problems, design solutions and facilitate solution deployment on Cloud Platform. One will also have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions for clients by connecting various functions of cloud components.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• Candidate must live within commuting distance of Pennington, NJ or be willing to relocate. Travel within the US may be required.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java
• 3 years identifying and evaluating risks associated with AI and Generative AI Models including ethical, operational and regulatory risks and develop and implement Risk mitigation strategies to address identified risks
• At least 1 year of experience with generative AI Models and their unique risk considerations
• Experience conducting regular risk assessments and audits of AI Models to ensure they remain within acceptable risk thresholds.
• Experience with the following responsibilities in a full time employment capacity:
  • Validate AI and Gen AI models to ensure they perform as intended and do not introduce biases or errors
  • Design and execute testing protocols to assess model robustness, accuracy and reliability
  • Ensure AI Models comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Work with Legal and Compliance teams to interpret and implement regulatory requirements
  • Establish continuous monitoring process to track the performance and risk profile of AI Models
  • Generate regular reports on Model risk Management activities and present findings to Senior management and stakeholders
  • Ensure AI models are developed and deployed in an ethical manner, considering potential impacts on fairness, transparency and accountability- address ethical concerns such as privacy, bias and security.

Preferred Qualifications

• In-Depth Knowledge of Risk management frameworks
• Experience Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices on AI Model risk management
• Advanced degree or Certification in AI Machine Learning or Risk management are plus
