Key Responsibilities:
- Lead software engineering activities at an individual level or provide designs and guidance across multiple squads comprising up to 6 developers.
- Drive the development of software that meets functional and non-functional requirements of business users and considers future maintenance requirements.
- Requirement gathering, estimation, and work planning.
- Build new or enhance existing Mainframe-based applications on legacy technologies.
- Lead application support, enhancement, and diagnosing issues.
- Participate in creating an implementation plan as per the project-level quality plan and work on go-live activities.
