Function
The Project Lead Analyst position will play a fundamental role in driving Viracon’s gross sales and potential profit opportunities. In this role, you will be directly responsible for supporting our Field Sales and Inside Selling teams by conducting thorough research, identifying promising future projects, and presenting these opportunities for Viracon to pursue. Your efforts will ensure that our sales teams are equipped with the necessary information to target and secure high-value projects, ultimately contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Essential Job Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our company's product offerings. This includes familiarizing yourself with capabilities, competitive advantages, and staying up to date on new and future Viracon offerings.
- Understand Viracon sales processes, techniques, and goals to effectively contribute to the overall sales strategy and drive business growth.
- Research potential projects using online platforms, databases, social media, and other industry-specific resources such as LinkedIn, Construction Wire, and Construct Connect.
- Assess project details, including timelines, scope of work, and relevant specifications, to qualify opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with Inside Sales and Field Sales teams to share potential project information and details, ensuring that all team members are well-informed and aligned.
- This includes regular updates through emails and collaborative tools to facilitate seamless coordination and maximize the chances of project success.
- Maintain an organized and regularly updated monthly database of prospective projects, ensuring that all relevant information is accurately recorded and easily accessible for future reference and decision-making.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in market research, business, or a related field; bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with internet research and social media platforms.
- Detailed oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and take direction from supervisors.
- Excellent communication skills, including professional email and telephone etiquette.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Full-time availability with regular attendance.
- A proactive approach to promoting Viracon’s values and adhering to company policies.

Pay Range
$49,550 - $67,038
