Lead Consultant - Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant
Anchoring the engagement effort for assignments, from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development, configurations, and deployment.
Your Role
- Interface with client stakeholders and understand client requirements
- Design solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud and perform configurations, personalization to meet customer needs
- Conduct Conference Room Pilot sessions, create test plans, test scenarios, prepare test data, and perform various tests
- Prepare required documentation during all stages of project implementation and production support
- Ensure prompt resolutions of issues during project implementation and production support phases
- Collaborate and communicate within the team and leadership to ensure a successful project outcome
Responsibilities
Key Requirements
- Overall 12 years of work experience, with minimum 8-10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
- 5 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Absence Management
- 2 years of experience working on at least two additional Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Talent Management, Benefits, Compensation, and Learning Management
- Hands-on experience in working on Oracle Global HR Cloud for Europe or USA clients
- Knowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile mode
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
- Must be located within commuting distance of Geneva, Switzerland, or be willing to relocate to the area
- Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Candidate should be proficient in all Core HR and Absence processes and Configurations
- Ability to lead discussions with customer teams for integrations, data migrations, and reports related to Core HR and Absence Management
- Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Payroll batch loader
- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams
