The position's primary responsibility will be development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution. This position will be responsible for project processes, deliverables, and contribute to the proposal development, client training, and internal capability-building while helping detail the project scope.Required Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.Candidate should be willing to relocate or must be willing to commute to any one of the mentioned locations : Richardson, TX / Raleigh NC / Indianapolis, IN / Phoenix, AZ / Harford, CT. This position may require travel.6 years of relevant experience in Oracle – RPAS and / or AIP. (Primary)Strong understanding of MFP, IP, RDF, RO, Supply and Demand Planning (Secondary)Experience in Retail Planning and Forecasting and Supply Chain Management.Identifying and addressing client needs, building solid relationships with clients, and communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner.Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.Preferred Qualifications : Experience with implementation and support of Oracle – RPAS and / or AIP.Detail and process-oriented performer and go-getter.Effectively identifies potential risks and issues even before they occur, communicates the same, and follows up with various stakeholders to get closure on them.Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams, namely, technical, business, and management teams.Exhibits excellent leadership traits to set the standards and lead by example, mentor, inspire, and nurture teams (offshore and onsite) to effectively build great teams, and knows when to delegate.Must have an eye for detail to conduct technical reviews of various deliverables.Experience managing a team size of 5 would be a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Note : The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
