Senior Process Lead - HRSC Representative
In this role, you will be responsible for Support for compliance and specific administrative tasks related to On-boarding and HRIS processes. You will support this process of decision making by providing all required back-end information, data points and analysis.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide day to day support & guidance to the offshore team on new scenarios/case types
- Act as the escalation point for cases without clear instructions
- Respond to hotline voicemails and manage the HR hotline
- Support and guide offshore team on creating knowledge articles for the MyDelekHR page and scripts for case responses
- Handle and triage employee and manager queries
- Provide support for employee and manager self-service tools
- Support managers with I-9 completion and corrections
- Handle E-Verify processes (FNC, submission, TNC)
- Provide I-9 corporate support and leverage HR compliance knowledge to address employee questions
- Escalate potential regulatory or compliance risks
- Submit WOTC (Work Opportunity Tax Credit) 8850 survey reports
- Manage WOTC cases
- Support and guide offshore team on Auditing Catalyst Conversion Records for rehires
- Monitor integration errors
- Oversee payroll replication related errors
- Support SuccessFactors QA testing
- Liaise with IT for login issues
- Approve SF workflows for job changes, promotions, other job info changes, and terminations
- Handle onboarding password requests
- Pick up and review physical mail
- Review case responses for accuracy
- Manage W2 reprints, mail, and returned mail
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 6 years of relevant work experience in the job description
- Must be flexible and adapt to changing needs
- The ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple and simultaneous Human Resources related projects and programs in a changing corporate environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to make professional presentations and to communicate in writing, through e-mails and reports, or orally, complex matters to an audience of high technical skills and operational experience
- Strong attention to details, listening skills, analytical and proactive solutioning is essential for success
