Infosys is seeking a Senior Program Manager - End User Computing & Dispatch Services.
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our End User Computing (EUC) projects and oversee Dispatch Services operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding user experiences.
Required Qualifications :
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of New York, NY or be willing to relocate to these areas. This position may require travel in the US.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology.
- At lease 9 years of experience in Program Management.
- Lead and manage end-to-end EUC projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Implement and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely resolution of dispatch requests.
- Develop and maintain documentation and procedures to improve dispatch service efficiency.
- Analyze dispatch service performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure project deliverables meet their expectations.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive project success
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
