Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience Information Technology
- All applicants authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to apply.
- Telecom Domain Knowledge
- Test Plan creation & test execution
- Test bed configuration, buildout and maintenance
- Networking TCP/IP layer knowledge
- Networking Protocol Experience like SNMP, IP addressing, TCP/UDP, HTTP, DNS, DHCP etc.
- Web technology experience like Web applications, web services and protocols
- CPE experience i.e, Cable Modem/Router, Set top box Testing Experience
- SDLC knowledge
- Manual/Automation Functional & Regression Testing Experience
- Security penetration testing to simulate real time attacks to determine vulnerabilities, risks and threats on CPE devices
- Conduct security audit, analysis of CPE broadband, video and voice network architecture, software stack
- Security trends, cyber security experience
- Experience in tools like HP ALM, Octane, JIRA, Confluence
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to debug & Triage/troubleshooting customer reported issues
- Agile and DevOps knowledge is advantage
