Here is just some of what you’ll do in our Business Development Trainee role:
- Proactively seek ways to enhance internal processes and boost sales production for our clients
- Serve as the primary liaison between our clients and their targeted consumer base by executing marketing strategies and advertising brand awareness
- Coordinate, maintain, and track all marketing efforts to ensure that all our efforts are fulfilled, managed, and reported accurately to senior marketing and sales staff
- Provide new or existing clients with information about upcoming sales in assigned territories and follow up accordingly
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment by participating in meetings and collaborating openly with fellow Business Development Trainees, welcoming fresh perspectives
- Resolve client concerns and report issues or concerns to the marketing or sales manager
Here are the ideal qualities we look for in a Business Development Trainee
- Experience as a Business Development, Sales Associate, Client Services, Management or Brand Ambassador role is ideal
- Compassionate, solution-oriented, and have a passion for customer service
- Outstanding people skills and an exceptional communicator
- Demonstrated ability to develop captivating client interactions to increase sales
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with a high degree of urgency

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $850.00 - $1,350.00 per week
