Job Title : Frontend Developer
Remote - PST Hours
Job Description :
The Frontend Developer will design, develop, and implement cross-browser and cross-platform user interfaces, including graphics and multimedia, for web applications, web pages, and components. This role includes maintaining and enhancing the user interface of existing web platforms. The ideal candidate must have a strong knowledge of front-end tools such as React or Angular and be adept at building scalable, high-performance, and user-friendly interfaces.
Responsibilities :
- Build web applications following industry-standard web development best practices.
- Transform application designs into high-quality front-end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript / React.
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate UI components with APIs and databases.
- Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical inputs or UX designs.
- Debug errors, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance routinely.
- Develop scalable, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Write unit tests and functional tests to ensure software quality.
Technical Skills :
JavaScript, React, Redux
Jest, React Testing Libraries, Playwright
Proficient in creating responsive and adaptive designs for major browsers and mobile devices.
Skilled in integrating UI components with backend services.
Experienced with Grunt, Gulp, or Webpack.
Familiarity with GitHub, GitHub Actions, and JIRA for project management and version control.
