Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Analyst to join our dynamic team. The analyst will be responsible for utility sampling, environmental monitoring, and performing bioburden and endotoxin testing in compliance with cGMP guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This position is crucial to ensuring the quality and safety of our products and will involve working in a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will have strong time management and communication skills, with the ability to follow strict guidelines and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform utility sampling, environmental monitoring, bioburden, and endotoxin testing in compliance with cGMP and SOPs.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of testing results and report any deviations or issues to management.
- Collaborate with the Quality Control team to maintain a high standard of testing and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve testing or process issues, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to strict timelines and contribute to meeting team goals and objectives.
- Participate in training and development activities to continuously improve technical knowledge and skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
- College degree in Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
- Previous experience in a laboratory setting, preferably within Quality Control, is a plus but not required.
