Job Summary
We are seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machinery and equipment in a manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety protocols
- Monitor the production process to ensure efficiency
- Perform quality control checks on products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with machine setup and changeovers as needed
Experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Knowledge of forklift operation is a plus
- Basic math skills required for measurements and calculations
- Familiarity with factory operations and equipment
- Experience with programming, machining, tooling, and mechanical knowledge is beneficial
- Ability to operate press brake machines, weld, and fabricate parts
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18.28 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Medical Device: 1 year (Preferred)
- Machine operation: 1 year (Preferred)
