Medical Device Operator

Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of simple automated assembly machines in a clean room environment. This role involves performing repetitive tasks to ensure the continuous operation of machines, troubleshooting faults, and ensuring high-quality medical device assembly.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain simple automated machines, jigs, and fixtures.
• Perform machine set-ups and adjustments, ensuring efficient operation and quality output.
• Identify and troubleshoot machine faults, making necessary adjustments to restart production.
• Read and interpret machine gauges, dials, and electronic batch records.
• Complete production and work order documentation accurately.
• Conduct visual inspections and testing to ensure product quality.
• Weigh, count, package, and label finished products.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, following company safety standards and procedures.
• Demonstrate flexibility in operating multiple machines.

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) preferred.
• Ability to read and understand technical procedures.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma OR GED

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $19.20 per hour

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift

Experience:

• Manufacturing/production: 1 year (Required)
