What are the responsibilities and job description for the Microbiology Quality Control Analyst position at Infotree Global Solutions?
Key Accountabilities:
- Perform aseptic sampling and testing of water, environmental monitoring, TOC and Bioburden samples per written test methods and standard operating procedures
- Perform testing of raw materials, intermediates and final products by following analytical methods: Cell based bioassays, Flow Cytometry, ELISA and qPCR assays.
- Accurately complete all data entry requirements for methods or tasks performed and reviewing data for completeness and accuracy
- Routine purchasing and testing to maintain stock media, cultures, reagents and other lab supplies
Education Skills & Experience:
- Undergraduate degree in microbiology, chemistry, biology or another related science field
- At least 2 years Pharmaceutical Industry experience
- Knowledge of microbiological applications in biotech/pharmaceutical industry
- Environmental monitoring experience
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $33.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
