- Education: Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or computer science.
- Experience: Proven work experience as a Pega developer.
- Pega Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of Pega Platform 7.x., 8.x, 23.X
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with J2EE, XML, Java, JSP, EJB, Angular JS, Java, and JQuery.
- Methodology: Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodology.
- Web Technologies: Knowledge of web technologies including JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, and XML.
