Job Summary: The Production Assembler is responsible for operating machinery and performing production tasks in a medical device manufacturing environment. This role ensures that all products meet quality and safety standards by inspecting materials, maintaining accurate documentation, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and monitor production processes.
- Inspect materials and products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sampling, testing, and evaluation.
- Accurately document lot changes, line clearances, and cleaning activities.
- Identify and remove non-conforming or defective products.
- Meet production goals and maintain efficiency in assigned tasks.
- Provide feedback on process improvements and quality enhancements.
- Work with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Comply with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and safety regulations.
- Continuously assess processes for potential improvements.
- Report any production issues or non-conformities to supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and production standards.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18.95 - $19.80 per hour
