Production Assembler/Machine Operator

Job Summary: The Production Assembler is responsible for operating machinery and performing production tasks in a medical device manufacturing environment. This role ensures that all products meet quality and safety standards by inspecting materials, maintaining accurate documentation, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and monitor production processes.
• Inspect materials and products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sampling, testing, and evaluation.
• Accurately document lot changes, line clearances, and cleaning activities.
• Identify and remove non-conforming or defective products.
• Meet production goals and maintain efficiency in assigned tasks.
• Provide feedback on process improvements and quality enhancements.
• Work with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Comply with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and safety regulations.
• Continuously assess processes for potential improvements.
• Report any production issues or non-conformities to supervisors.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and production standards.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.95 - $19.80 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
