Job Description:
As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the established quality standards through meticulous inspection and testing procedures.
Duties
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and coordinate measuring machines to inspect products.
- Able to perform entry level inspection, repetitive tasks associated with visual inspections and basic functional testing knowledge.
- Ability to perform inspection tasks use microscopes, calipers, and micrometers.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to identify deviations from quality standards
- Perform quality assurance checks in accordance with ISO 13485 and CGMP guidelines
- Inspect products for compliance with quality systems and specifications
- Use your expertise to analyze and interpret inspection results accurately.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures
- Supports NC and CAPA activities as needed.
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 standards and CGMP regulations
- Ability to operate precision measuring instruments effectively
- Demonstrated knowledge with medical device regulations and FDA regulatory standards preferred.
- Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work output.
