Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Control Analyst to perform routine and specialized testing of raw materials, intermediates, and final products using a variety of bioanalytical techniques. This role involves maintaining laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with GMP standards, supporting product release, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with monitoring and trending data, reviewing test records, and supporting Certificate of Analysis (CoA) preparation.
- Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and qualification of laboratory equipment.
- Author or revise standard operating procedures (SOPs), validation protocols, and reports.
- Participate in lab investigations, including root cause analysis of out-of-specification (OOS) results and deviations.
- Provide regular updates during team meetings and contribute to GMP system monitoring.
- Review and support changes to procedures, methods, and regulatory submissions.
- Collect and analyze metrics to support continuous improvement efforts.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field.
- Experience with bioassays and analytical techniques (e.g., ELISA, qPCR, flow cytometry) preferred.
- Understanding of GMP and regulatory guidelines in a laboratory setting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $27.00 - $30.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40.00 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
