Job description:
The Senior Analytical Scientist conducts complex laboratory analysis of pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical products, utilizing advanced analytical instrumentation. This role involves leading projects, mentoring team members, preparing technical documents, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The individual will also communicate with clients, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the scientific integrity of the projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform method validations, transfers, and analytical testing.
- Design and execute experiments with minimal supervision.
- Prepare study protocols, reports, and other technical documents.
- Mentor and train team members, assist in troubleshooting.
- Communicate data and technical issues to clients.
- Ensure compliance with GMP/GLP and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with high-resolution mass spectrometers preferred
