We are seeking a Junior Talent Experience Specialist to elevate the end-to-end candidate experience. This role will focus on optimizing recruitment operations and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring journey for both candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience by managing timely follow-ups and clear communication.
- Maintain and update databases with accurate candidate information.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and hiring processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Talent Engagement & Employer Branding
- Contribute to employer branding efforts, including social media updates and employee experience initiatives.
- Support the development of employee engagement programs, such as recognition initiatives, surveys, and professional development opportunities.
- Help coordinate internal communications related to talent experience, culture, and initiatives.

Job Requirements
- 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or a related field, preferably in a federal contracting or professional services environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ATS or HRIS platforms preferred.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to creating a positive candidate and employee experience.

The salary for this position ranges from $30,000 to $46,000 annually. The exact salary offered will depend on your qualifications, experience, and alignment with the responsibilities of the role. In addition to the base salary, we offer a comprehensive total compensation package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off, and opportunities for bonuses based on individual and company performance. We believe in rewarding our employees holistically, beyond just their paycheck, to ensure long-term satisfaction and well-being.
