We are seeking a Junior Talent Experience Specialist to elevate the end-to-end candidate experience. This role will focus on optimizing recruitment operations and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring journey for both candidates and hiring managers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about talent acquisition to grow within a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
• Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience by managing timely follow-ups and clear communication.
• Maintain and update databases with accurate candidate information.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and hiring processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  
  

Talent Engagement & Employer Branding

• Contribute to employer branding efforts, including social media updates and employee experience initiatives.
• Support the development of employee engagement programs, such as recognition initiatives, surveys, and professional development opportunities.
• Help coordinate internal communications related to talent experience, culture, and initiatives.

Job Requirements

• 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or a related field, preferably in a federal contracting or professional services environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ATS or HRIS platforms preferred.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to creating a positive candidate and employee experience.

The salary for this position ranges from $30,000 to $46,000 annually. The exact salary offered will depend on your qualifications, experience, and alignment with the responsibilities of the role. In addition to the base salary, we offer a comprehensive total compensation package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off, and opportunities for bonuses based on individual and company performance.
