Job Title: CX Researcher
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: Long-term
Responsibilities:
- Behaviour Health/FCN and Specialty Care/Women’s Health
- Researchers will work on digital products, onsite clinics/hospitals/in-home with customers, etc., to deliver products and services for customers, staff/employees, and providers.
- The research team serves our customers by understanding their POV through qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- These new candidates be focused on digital products and services.
- Any candidate must have the ability to work across the double diamond (they should be familiar) with heavy emphasis on the Discover and Define realms.
- Discover and define will entail going broad with the team to conduct early research leveraging multiple methods such as conducting customer interviews, doing onsite ethnography, etc.
- The Define phase involves synthesizing these findings to inform decision-making, develop personas, and create journey maps, key pain points, moments that matter, etc.
- The researchers will collaborate with design during the Design and Deliver phases to provide testing capabilities to help iterate from wireframes to final assets.
Additional skills for researchers:
- Strong executive presence and the ability to present to executives as needed
- Teachable demeanour
- Proactivity and ability to make decisions independently
- Strong collaboration skills across disciplines (product management, development, clinical staff, etc.)
- Ok with ambiguity and willingness to seek out answers instead of waiting for answers to find you.
- Medical industry experience would be helpful, but not a requirement.
