The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bid preparation, contract creation, and advanced Excel functionalities. This role requires a proactive individual capable of managing labor studies and ensuring project timelines are accurately estimated.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and submit accurate bids for substation projects.
- Develop and manage contracts in accordance with project requirements.
- Conduct detailed labor studies to determine project timelines.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions, including V-lookups and Pivot tables, to analyze data and support project estimations.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate and timely delivery of estimates.
- Adapt to changing project requirements and provide flexible solutions.
Qualifications :
Preferred : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management.
3-5 years of experience in substation estimating.
