Job Summary :
The Electrical Industrial Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and coordination of electrical construction projects in industrial settings, such as power plants, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers. This is a traveling position, requiring work across the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest regions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical installations, leadership abilities, and a willingness to travel to different project sites.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management :
Lead and manage electrical construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
Supervise and direct electrical foremen, journeymen, and other field personnel on daily activities.
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including high-voltage systems, industrial controls, and instrumentation.
Ensure all electrical work meets company and industry standards, conducting inspections and testing to validate installation quality.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 3 years in a superintendent or leadership role.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and industrial installations.
OSHA 30 certification required.
Willingness to travel extensively across the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest regions as required by project assignments.
