Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager with extensive experience in high voltage substation construction and maintenance projects. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion for high voltage substations. This includes managing resources, budgets, schedules, safety protocols, and client communication to ensure successful delivery of each project.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Planning & Execution :
Lead the development and implementation of project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget for high voltage substation projects.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring all projects are completed within financial constraints.
Direct and oversee the project team, including subcontractors, to ensure successful project delivery.
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and closeout packages.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within high voltage substations, transmission, or power distribution.
Strong understanding of high voltage substation design, construction, and maintenance.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
