Compensation: Includes bonus/incentive program, health insurance, long-term disability and group life coverage, retirement plan, generous PTO policy, and personal/professional development budget. Responsibilities: Managing inbound communications, responding to client requests, processing money movements, managing calendar for financial advisors, contributing to process improvement.
Requirements: Proficiency in technology and Microsoft Office, ability to work in Warren, NJ office 3 days per week, high school graduate (college graduate preferred), experience with CRM software and Commonwealth Financial Network technology a plus.
Skills: Prioritization and problem-solving skills, organization and attention to detail, ability to anticipate client and advisor needs, ability to work independently, ability to learn new technology/software quickly, good communication skills, ability to follow office operations and client privacy policies.
