This role is key to driving the successful execution of engineering initiatives, supporting the company’s expansion, and maintaining exceptional operational standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the daily operations and management of the engineering department.
- Oversee the execution of engineering projects, ensuring successful outcomes across all initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to design, specify, and review technical documents for permitting and construction of electrical infrastructure, including substations, transmission lines, and energy storage systems.
- Contribute to the creation of strategic business plans and annual operational goals.
- Manage engineering team workload and resource allocation to align with project needs.
- Provide project estimates, timelines, and necessary resources for various initiatives.
- Develop and implement departmental guidelines that align with organizational objectives.
- Lead staff development efforts, providing training opportunities and conducting performance reviews to enhance team capabilities.
- Refine engineering standards, procedures, and technical guidelines.
