The Client:
We are partnering with a leading bank who is building a new Project Finance team in New York, focusing on renewable energy, digital infrastructure, and power. They are looking for a Project Finance Senior Associate to play a key role in this expansion, working across both lending and advisory. This is a unique opportunity to join a newly formed, collaborative team and contribute to high-impact projects and transactions in a dynamic environment.
About the Role:
As a Senior Associate on the Project Finance & Advisory team, responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Head of Project Finance while working with clients across North America as well as the UK & Europe
- Building financial models, size debt, run sensitivities, and analyze cash flow coverages and other relevant debt metrics
- Delivering credit risk analysis, transaction pitches, and research projects, including financial modeling, risk assessment, and structuring, while collaborating with various internal teams
Required Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience in investment banking or project finance within the renewable energy or infrastructure sectors
- Strong excel skills and complex modeling ability
- Strong work ethic, an entrepreneurial attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow
- Bachelor's Degree
