We are looking for a Data & Infrastructure Specialist to support and manage platform applications, services, and databases across cloud and on-premises environments. In this role, you will troubleshoot issues, optimise system performance, and ensure security, scalability, and high availability.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot platform issues for internal teams and partners.
- Administer infrastructure, databases, and cloud environments (preferably Azure).
- Drive system enhancements, automation, and cloud-first solutions.
- Monitor resources, proactively resolve issues, and manage product releases.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL, API management, and network security.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define, document, and refine system requirements.
- Design and optimise business and system process flows.
- Develop functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure software consistency, scalability, and quality through testing and integration.
- Identify and resolve system gaps to ensure seamless performance.
