Account Manager - Specialty Infusion Pharmacy

Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated, experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team in the Greater Seattle area. This role focuses on increasing specialty infusion referrals by nurturing existing relationships and developing new partnerships with outpatient clinics, healthcare providers, and other referral sources. You will play a crucial role in expanding patient access to our infusion therapies, specifically targeting specialty practices in Neurology, Gastroenterology, Rheumatology, Allergy & Immunology, Dermatology, and Oncology.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with outpatient clinics, specialty practices, healthcare providers, and referral sources.
· Create and execute strategic account plans to achieve and surpass quarterly and annual sales goals.
· Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive support to referral partners, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
· Utilize in-depth knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape to strategically position Infusion Solutions’ services.
· Manage customer relationships and analyze market data effectively using HubSpot CRM.
· Regularly evaluate territory performance, identify growth opportunities, and proactively address barriers to success.
· Clearly articulate and advocate for Infusion Solutions' value proposition and services.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
· At least 2 years of sales or account management experience, ideally within infusion therapy, healthcare services, or pharmaceutical industries.
· Proven success in account management, relationship development, and achieving sales targets.
· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Solid understanding of healthcare, particularly infusion therapy, reimbursement, and referral pathways.
· Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
