About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Account Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in developing and executing strategies that elevate our clients’ brands. From writing editorial content to managing multi-platform campaigns, you’ll need to bring creativity, focus, and enthusiasm to the table every day.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor client social media platforms, including Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and more.
Develop, produce, and schedule engaging content tailored to each platform.
Collaborate with account managers to communicate with clients, meet ongoing client needs, deliver results, and report on efforts.
Contribute to social media strategies by providing insights and fresh ideas.
Assist in implementing campaigns across various platforms, including email and paid ad campaigns, ensuring goals are met.
Create and manage email newsletters, including content development, design, and distribution.
Help with paid advertising campaigns, including strategy, execution, and optimization.
Create digital media assets, including graphics, audio, and video edits.
Analyze performance metrics and provide monthly reporting on key accounts.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in social media and digital marketing.
Strong understanding of social media tools and reporting platforms.
Strong understanding of email marketing platforms.
Proficiency in photo, video, and audio editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent).
Exceptional writing and editing skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-client environment across multiple time zones.
