We’re searching for a Senior Digital Marketing Director with 10 years of experience in digital marketing and client account management. This role is ideal for a strategic, analytical leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at managing multiple client accounts as well as a team. As the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, you’ll drive digital strategy, oversee campaign execution, create content, and lead a team of marketers to deliver measurable results.
As a Senior Digital Marketing Director at INGAGE, you’ll play a vital leadership role in shaping digital strategies and ensuring the success of our clients’ campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies tailored to each client’s unique business goals.
- Team Leadership & Development: Mentor, guide, and oversee a team of marketing professionals, ensuring efficient execution of campaigns.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze marketing performance data, generate reports, and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the senior point of contact for clients, fostering trust and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Campaign Execution: Create, oversee, and refine the execution of digital marketing initiatives, including social media, websites, email marketing, paid advertising, and SEO, requiring strong video and photography editing and copywriting skills.
- Industry Insights & Innovation: Stay ahead of trends in digital marketing, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep clients at the forefront of their industries.
- Budget & Resource Management: Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
We’re looking for a highly experienced digital marketing professional with:
- 10 years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or a similar leadership role in B2B marketing.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing and mentoring a team of marketers.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement high-impact marketing plans.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with clients and internal teams effectively.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing channels, including social media, paid media, email marketing, SEO, and content creation & strategy.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, and email marketing platforms like Mailchimp and Constant Contact.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation to drive engagement and lead nurturing.
- Technical proficiency
- Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with website platforms like WordPress, Squarespace, and Kajabi.
- Knowledge of social media management tools like Sprout Social.
- Understanding of CRM systems.
- Proficiency in UI and UX design principles to enhance user experiences across digital platforms.
- Experience with project management tools like Monday.
- Proficiency in managing and optimizing paid digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, META Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, including audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, maintain budgets, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
- Exceptional project and time management skills, with experience using task management tools like Monday.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and team collaborations.
