This is a direct hire opportunity just North of Shelbyville, KY. We are seeking to fill a night position for this growing organization.

This position would pay up to 75K with some bonus potential and the ability to earn additional money after 45 hours.
The core hours for the role are 5 pm - 5 am.
This opportunity requires experience managing union employees.
The Shift Supervisor will oversee the operations of a manufacturing facility where they will manage staff, ensure safety, monitor production, and oversee safety.
The responsibilities are the following:
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of personnel engaged in metal manufacturing operations.
* Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
* Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
* Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
