Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing repairs, troubleshooting, and carrying out preventative maintenance on assigned property/properties. This includes maintaining and improving the condition of property grounds and buildings and the timely completion of work orders. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations, EPA certification, and HVAC certification. They will also be able to work a flex schedule and be on-call for emergencies on weekends, evenings, and holidays. Requirements include having hand tools, ANSI approved steel-toe shoes/composite, a valid Driver's License, and reliable transportation. The successful candidate will be willing to assist with other properties within the portfolio and surrounding portfolios as needed, as well as travel up to 10-20% of the time.
