Job Overview :
We are looking for a skilled assembler to perform a variety of tasks as assigned in conjunction with the assembly of our product. You will ensure all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product. This position is responsible for safely performing high-level continuous work to quality standards. Assignments may change based on business demands.
You must have desired technical knowledge and possess great manual dexterity. Ability to interpret instructions represented in manuals, drawings, schematics etc. and follow them with precision.
Responsibilities :
- Disassemble Pumps, clean and inspect parts for wear
- Reassemble Pumps guided by repair manuals and verbal instructions
- Responsible for maintaining a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Responsible for working and operating tooling in a safe manner. Responsible for effective written and verbal communications as well as maintaining a constructive demeanor with all co-workers.
- All employees are expected to work in a safe manner following all of their work procedures.
- Using the appropriate PPE for their position. Use of a face shield with glasses when using compressed air or grinding material.
- Ensuring all hammers / punches are in safe condition and not mushroomed before using.
- Labeling all chemicals used in the area following the proper process.
- Proactively look for ways to improve safety.
