Your Challenge: Are you skilled in lubricating, changing parts, and conducting routine maintenance on complex machinery? Join our preventive maintenance team to meet and exceed machine performance goals!
Your Role Includes:
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machinery and various systems.
- Restore machines post-maintenance and monitor efficiency.
- Identify and document defective parts for supervisor review.
- Apply lubricants and adhesives as per guidelines.
- Alter machine parts following production needs.
- Safely dismantle machinery for repairs using specialized tools.
- Accurately record maintenance and production data.
- Analyze work orders to prepare for repair tasks.
- Calibrate and operate equipment effectively.
- Work collaboratively on machine repairs.
- Maintain stock of parts and request as necessary.
- Transport equipment within work zones.
- Dispose of outdated parts to keep areas tidy.
- Maintain and clean machinery using necessary equipment.
- Fix or replace linings in equipment containers.
- Deliver outstanding performance in additional tasks assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of three years' experience maintaining CNC machinery.
Skills Needed:
- Proficiency in electrical systems and mechanical maintenance including motors and power supplies.
- Expertise in following safety protocols and using protective equipment.
- Ability to interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
- Skilled in the usage of a wide range of tools and machinery.
- Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed.
Work Environment & Requirements:
Base your operations onsite, encompassing various tasks from sitting to lifting up to 50 pounds and working near moving parts. Expect exposure to several chemicals and varying temperatures. Noise levels may range from moderate to high.
