Job Duties:
- Install and troubleshoot machines, maintaining CNC systems and related technologies.
- Ensure machines are reassembled efficiently post-maintenance.
- Implement techniques to identify mechanical issues swiftly.
- Categorize and report on machinery parts needing attention.
- Follow guidelines for applying lubricants and other materials.
- Alter equipment parts according to company specifications.
- Disassemble machinery expertly for internal repairs.
- Accurately log maintenance interventions and production figures.
- Evaluate work instructions to execute necessary machinery repairs.
- Adjust machine settings for optimal performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues on complex machinery adjustments.
- Manage supply inventories meticulously to ensure operational readiness.
- Relocate materials and parts pertinent to machinery upkeep.
- Ensure cleanliness and efficiency by discarding old machine parts.
- Conduct thorough cleaning of machinery components.
- Perform precision repairs on machine lining materials.
- Champion excellence in every extra task.
Necessary Qualifications:
- Completion of high school (or equivalent).
- Over three years in CNC machine upkeep experience.
Skill Set:
- Exceptional in understanding electrical and mechanical systems including controls and hydraulics.
- Strict adherence to safety procedures and personal protective practices.
- Skills to interpret technical blueprints for repairs and assembly.
- Competence in utilizing construction tools and technology for maintenance purposes.
- Adaptability for different shifts and potential overtime needs.
Work Environment Specifications: This position demands on-site presence, with varied movements including lifting and operation near active machinery. Be prepared for exposure to chemicals and loud noise environments.
