Monday – Friday 7:30AM – 4:30 PM

Compensation:

Initial pay between $25.00 - $35.00 per hour commensurate with skills and experience. A full-time, hourly role with a $3,000 Sign On Bonus!

Key Duties:

Our field experts serve customers by assembling, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various rotary screw, reciprocal compressors, and associated components. Armed with precision tools, diagnostic troubleshooting becomes second nature. Mastery over operational and parts manuals for equipment is crucial.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventative maintenance on our compressed air equipment.
• Liaise with customers to address equipment queries and unanticipated issues.
• Work with Service Coordinator on essential part procurement for successful installations and repairs.
• Mentor apprentices and fellow Field Service Technicians.
• Verbally and textually articulate equipment solutions to clients and peers.
• Deliver tech aid for pre-commissioning, starts, installs, and repairs.
• Heighten customer awareness of how our solutions, from maintenance to diagnostics, benefit operations.

Qualifications and Core Capabilities:

• Experience: Over two years in troubleshooting industrial or commercial mechanical frameworks.
• A valid driver's license held for no less than 12 months, clean of major traffic violations.
• Position necessitates physical tasks: active use of hands, fingers; mobility requirements; weight handling within safe policy limits.
• Educational Foundation: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Technical Skills: Competency in interpreting wiring diagrams and schematics; network installation skills; basic air quality and vibrations troubleshooting capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft software and handheld devices; effective business travel practices.

Additional Preferences:

• Expertise in industrial air compressor upkeep.
• EPA Accreditation.
• Veterans and Active-Duty Military candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Expect regular travel (3-hour radius) within designated service area.
