Job Overview :
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager to support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for Flexan, an Ingersoll Rand Business. In this pivotal role, you will provide oversight, coordination, and planning to execute financial planning processes and ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and integrity of financial information for the Flexan (MDS) business. This role will be focused on closing activities, forecast / AOP planning, and driving performance analysis on revenue, manufacturing cost, SG&A, and free cash flow.
Responsibilities :
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, processes, and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning, scenario analysis, and investment decisions.
- Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against budgets and forecasts, providing insights to senior management.
