Job Purpose:
Embark on a rewarding career as a Manufacturing Maintenance Specialist, focusing on keeping our production facilities running smoothly. Your role involves regular inspections, maintenance, and hands-on problem-solving to ensure optimal machinery function and upholding safety standards.
Key Duties:
- Execute regular equipment inspections and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic malfunctions.
- Contribute to new machinery setups in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Log maintenance actions and address recurring issues with leadership.
- Oversee the inventory of maintenance gear, facilitating restocking when necessary.
- Commit to ongoing training and skill enhancement programs.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and complete necessary training.
Qualifications:
- Completing secondary education (High School Diploma or GED).
- 3 years or more in a related maintenance capacity.
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency with hand tools and precision instruments.
- Competency in blueprint interpretation and technical visualization.
- Skillful operation of forklifts and similar machinery.
