REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must hold a valid Michigan teaching certificate
• Must hold a BX or BA endorsement (English)
• Must meet Highly Qualified Teacher requirements

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of and dedication to high school concepts
• Willingness to apply for extra-curricular positions (coaching, clubs, etc.)
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge of research-based, highly effective instructional strategies
• Experience working with Section 504 and students with an IEP
