Looking for LONG-TERM, PART-TIME assistant, 2-3 days/week
- Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls
- Return voicemails
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Provide general administrative support such as faxing, scanning, photocopying
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned
Experience:
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and basic internet functionality
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
This position requires a candidate who is reliable, professional, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a medical or similar office setting. Additionally, proficiency in using Outlook and Word are required for this role.
