Job Description
Ingram Content Group (ICG) is seeking a creative and collaborative Manager, Marketing Services to join our team in LaVergne, TN. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing campaigns for Ingram’s industry-leading digital distribution platform, CoreSource. In addition, you will help create go-to-market strategies for new data-driven products and services as they launch within the market. You will execute traditional and digital marketing campaigns and create content that effectively positions ICG products and services and focuses on driving awareness, improving customer retention, and growing market share and revenue. You will supervise a marketing specialist and collaborate closely with business leaders, design, PR, and IT to ensure the effective development and implementation of initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or year for year related experience
- 1-year prior experience managing a team
- 5 years’ experience managing B2B marketing programs or related role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of marketing programs and resources, including Customer.io, Google Analytics, marketing automation, etc.
- Experience working closely with business leaders and stakeholders
- Experience using Zoom webinar platform
Key Responsibilities:
- Works with management to develop and execute creative marketing strategies specifically for brands/services targeting B2B affiliate partners
- Delivers effective and audience imaginative marketing and relevant content to generate awareness, customer conversion and/or sales/revenue of brand/business service.
- Develops and implements content and key word strategies to support SEO and SEM marketing plans and campaigns
- Generates actionable observations, insights, conclusions and recommendations from data to drive site improvements and optimize business performance
- Supervises marketing team and ensures they deliver performance driven marketing strategy, plan and deliverables to budget and timelines.
- Project management of marketing campaigns and content development across all media outlets for the brand/business service – explore and use of most relevant media outlets to best reach target audiences – online, social, digital and traditional.
- Provides regular updates on status and performance of marketing projects and initiatives.
- Focus on performance improvements, and return on investment, with a clear link between marketing activities and sales/revenue.
- Establishes benchmark metrics and best practices; regularly reporting metrics and recommendations to business unit owners and product marketing teams.
- Maintains active communication with all relevant business units, collecting information such as market requirements, industry insight and customer feedback to incorporate in marketing strategy.
Hiring Salary Range: $83,230k- $105,532k. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
