What We’re Looking For

INH Properties is seeking a part-time responsible Caretaker for an apartment building located in New York Mills, MN. The ideal candidate will have light building maintenance experience and a strong desire to keep the grounds and buildings in good repair.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle minor maintenance items throughout complex.
• Light maintenance repairs, plumbing and carpenter background helpful.
• Be available when on call for after-hour emergencies.
• Clean and maintain the common areas of the building.
• Pick up paper, garbage, and debris from grounds and parking lots.
• Enforce the rules and regulations of the complex.
• Clean and touch-up paint for unit turnovers.
  
  

Requirements

Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate):

• Minimum of high school diploma or relevant experience.
• Ability to take initiative and to problem solve.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to use common sense judgment in day-to-day matters.
