Job Description Summary
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager is a part of the Residential Division Marketing Team and is responsible for the strategy, planning, development, execution and analysis of all marketing campaigns and activities for the ePremium Brand. This is primarily a B2B Lifecycle Marketing focused role with elements of B2C support. It includes responsibilities for supporting new customer acquisition and existing customer retention and engagement. This role requires experience working with and marketing insurance products and will be 25% planning and coordination; 10% post-mortem analysis and reporting and 65% execution. It is best suited for a strong, self-sufficient marketer who is comfortable and enjoys working across all areas of marketing.
What You'll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)
- Embed with the ePremium Business Unit providing marketing thought leadership and aligning marketing activities with Sales, Operations and Account Management
- Develop comprehensive integrated marketing plans that support business goals and objectives
- Work with the Director of Marketing on defining the image and position of the ePremium Brand
- Work with FP&A to develop and manage marketing dollars within the P&L
- Work directly with the VP of Field Marketing on all ePremium trade shows,
user conferences and corporate events - Plan work in sprints within Project Management Tools for visualization of work progress for internal audiences
- Personally develop all ePremium marketing content, including writing content for all media: web (websites and landing pages), online (display ads, search ads, social posts), email and offline
(sales collateral, presentation decks, event materials, advertisements, on-property collateral, etc) - Manage 1st party data in Salesforce and Marketo for analysis, audience segmentation,
lifecycle marketing and account-based marketing efforts in conjunction with internal teams - Personally oversee ePremium's LinkedIn presence
- Provide regular recurring reports and analysis of marketing performance
- Collaborate with Graphic Designers on visual communication elements
- Collaborate with Web Design and Search Engine Marketing to optimize and grow online presence
and performance of ePremium's B2B and B2C sites - Collaborate with Email Marketing Specialist to build out automated email campaigns
What We're Looking For (Minimum qualifications)
- 7 years of general marketing experience required
- Examples of influencing decision making in a matrixed environment while representing the marketing function
- Some demonstrated experience with marketing insurance products preferred
- Exceptional project management, time management, creative thinking, written and oral
communication skills. - Demonstrated brand management experience including defining, implementing
and policing brand standards - Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity but with the ability to clarify needs to advance projects
- Enjoys taking ownership of projects
- While the role requires self-sufficiency, a strong team player who values collaboration and teamwork
is still required as position will interact regularly with the broader Inhabit Marketing Team - Expert with grammar and syntax
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite -
especially writing content in programs like InDesign and Illustrator - Experience with WordPress, Salesforce and Marketo is an advantage

- Works directly with Vice President of Field Marketing on all ePremium trade shows
and corporate events - Collaborates with Graphic Design, Web Development and Search Engine Marketing Teammates
- Consulting with Marketing Coordinator and Content Strategist for ResidentIQ Business Unit
- Informing and being Informed by Inhabit Marketing Teammates in the Vacation Division
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications or similar.
