The Solution Consultant / Functional Analyst will have 5 years of experience specialized in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform who will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing our Dynamics solution to meet business needs.
Role / Responsibilities
Extensive understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 module Customer Service Power Platform and Integrations
Knowledge of the platforms capabilities limitations and best practices for customization.
Experience in automotive industry can be valuable for understanding sectorspecific requirements and challenges.
Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and processes.
Conduct workshops and interviews to elicit requirements and document them comprehensively.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Design solutions that leverage standard functionalities of Dynamics 365 and identify areas requiring customization.
Configure the Dynamics 365 environment to align with business needs.
Customize entities workflows forms and dashboards as required.
Plan and oversee the integration of Dynamics 365 with other systems (e.g. ERP CRM thirdparty applications).
Ensure data consistency and integrity across integrated systems.
Lead or assist in the deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions.
Support in development of user manuals and training materials.
Offer ongoing support and troubleshoot issues postimplementation.
Create detailed documentation of the configuration customizations and integrations.
Maintain documentation for future reference and auditing.
Skills and Competencies
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to assess complex business processes and design appropriate solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to convey technical information to nontechnical users.
