Position : - Infrastructure Project Manager Responsibilities Develops, clarifies and manages the scope of the project, defines deliverables and achieves targeted outcomes Manages and delivers IT infrastructure and build-out projects Responsible for tracking progress against target objectives, resolves dependencies between critical work-streams Maintains financial controls for recording, monitoring, forecasting and budgeting of all project related costs Continues to update and improve project methodologies Reviews, collates, maintains and highlights changes to project plans Produces periodic Project Status report Ensures adherence to set policies and proceduresExperience Total 8 years of experience, out of which at least 4 years at management level. Has independently managed Infrastructure projects in Compute, Networks & Storage and can demonstrate proficiency / relevant experience in these areas. PMP certification is mandatory Experience in managing diverse and multiple teams and complete ownership and responsibility of the team Managing team motivation levelsMandatory Skills Should have managed Projects independently in the capacity of a Project Manager for at least 4 years. PMP certification is a must Manages conflict constructively, can identify areas of improvement in team thinking. Should have good analytical skills and eyes of detail, assess risk thoroughly and understands cause & effect systems. Hands on with MS project, MS Excel and familiarity with other Project Management Tools Excellent Infrastructure domain knowledge Experience of Global Delivery with offshore / onsite model.Mandatory Soft Skills with level of competence, Ownership and accountability Excellent communication & interpersonal skills written and oral Client relationship management Experience of managing large teams Ability to mentor and motivate Independent decision making Problem solving and conflict resolution Ability to Manage Diversity Ability to resolve problems Qualification Bachelor s degree in IT / Engineering / MBA or other management qualification PMP certified (1.)
