Coastal Hospice is hiring a Business Development Specialist – Hospice to drive growth in Hazlehurst and Vidalia, GA. This role is designed for a hospice sales professional with experience in developing referral networks and increasing patient admissions.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, SNFs, and other referral sources
• Execute sales strategies to expand hospice referrals and admissions
• Provide education on hospice services, eligibility, and patient benefits
• Work closely with clinical teams to ensure excellent patient care coordination
• Meet and exceed sales goals while tracking performance metrics

Who We’re Looking For:

• Must have direct hospice sales experience
• Strong history of successful referral development and sales growth
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of hospice regulations and Medicare reimbursement
